The service sales department is part of our service business vertical, whereby our technical team offers service-based solutions and consultancy for after-sales support through contracts, consumables, spare parts, etc. for all your business needs.
We offer two types of service level agreements (SLAs):
- Comprehensive Agreement
- Non-Comprehensive Agreement (Labour Only)
The essential SLA components (across all power, imaging, climate control solutions) include:
- Routine preventive maintenance services at least four times a year
- Breakdown calls as needed
- Warranty (1-3 years depending on vendors)
- On-site support and provision of standby units
- Supply of spare parts under the comprehensive contract
- Custom built software to monitor field activities
